1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LyreWave (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LyreWave is an AI voice studio for text to speech, voice cloning, video dubbing, transcription, and AI music and sound effects. The Service is currently offered in beta and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful. In particular, you must not impersonate any person or use another person’s voice or likeness without their explicit consent, and you must not create content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead.

You must not attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product in violation of applicable law.

5. Voice cloning consent

Voice cloning may only be used with voices you own or for which you have obtained clear, documented consent from the voice owner. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights for any audio you upload and any output you generate or publish.

6. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit and, as between you and us, the outputs you generate with the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and outputs solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content and for how you use any output, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

7. Beta access and credits

During beta, features are provided free of charge subject to usage allowances that help keep the Service fair and reliable for everyone. Allowances, features, and any future pricing may change. We will give reasonable notice before introducing paid plans.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LyreWave and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or platform beyond the right to use the Service as permitted here.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, and payments. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyreWave will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
