LyreWave (“LyreWave”, “we”, “us”) operates an AI voice studio for text to speech, voice cloning, video dubbing, transcription, and AI music and sound effects (the “Service”). 2. Information we collect

Account information: when you create an account we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — we do not receive your Google password.

Content you provide: the text, audio samples, prompts, and files you submit to generate speech, clones, dubs, music, sound effects, or transcriptions, and the outputs we generate for you.

Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, and basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Local storage: we store a first-party anonymous identifier and lightweight preferences in your browser to measure product usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your information

To provide and operate the Service, including generating the audio, text, and media you request.

To maintain your account, apply usage limits, and prevent abuse or fraud.

To understand how the Service is used so we can improve features and reliability.

To respond to your support requests and send you essential service communications.

4. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, AI voice and audio processing providers, and payment processors. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the Service.

Content you submit for generation is transmitted to our AI processing providers to produce your output. Do not submit audio samples for voice cloning unless you have the right and consent to do so.

5. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. We keep generated content and related records only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information, and you may request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. International users

We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
